Refund Policy

All MASQ paid products — the Core Oracle Reading (six chapters), the Final Oracle Masterplan (4 chapters, saveable PDF + personal talisman), and the Dream Talisman — are intangible digital products issued and viewable the moment you pay.

Non-refundable once delivered

Because delivery begins the moment payment completes, purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded for a change of mind afterwards. We show this directly under the payment button and on the checkout page before you pay.

Please use the free reading to understand the service before purchasing.

When we refund

Duplicate charges, or a system error that prevented the content from being issued — we verify and refund in full or re-deliver.

Content not as described — if what you received differs from the product description, we refund in full (within 3 months of delivery, and within 30 days of when you noticed or could have noticed).

Contact

Email support@masq.vision with your payment email, the date of payment, and the product name. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
