Privacy Policy

What we collect

The name (optional), birth date and time, gender, concern category and concern text (up to 300 characters) you enter to generate a reading; the dream text for dream readings (up to 600 characters); your email at payment (optional); payment information (handled by the payment processor).

How we use it

To generate your personalized reading, to confirm payment and provide a re-access link to your result, and to respond to inquiries.

Processors we use

Payments: Stripe — we never store card details.

Storing paid results for re-access: Supabase.

Sending the re-access email: Resend.

Hosting: Vercel.

How long we keep it

For paid orders, your inputs and result are kept so the re-access link keeps working, and are deleted without delay when you ask. Payment and order records are kept for 5 years as required by e-commerce law.

Inputs for free readings are not stored on our servers; they stay only in your browser. When you start a payment, your inputs are saved with the order record first so the payment can be confirmed.
